• Tickets purchased online are issued as e-tickets via email.
• Tickets must not be offered publicly (including on any website) for resale, transferred or used in connection with any business, promotion, competition or other commercial purpose without the prior approval of Dolans. Any permitted resale or transfer must take place through an official resale or transfer facility authorised by Dolans. Dolans reserves the right to cancel tickets acquired or offered in breach of this condition.
• A maximum of four tickets may be purchased per person or household unless otherwise stated. Dolans reserves the right to cancel tickets purchased in excess of that limit.
• A valid e-ticket must be presented for scanning on a smartphone or other suitable device to gain admission to the Event. Ticketholders are responsible for checking that they have received their ticket and can access it before arriving at the Event. Dolans will not be responsible for refusal of admission where a valid ticket cannot be produced.
• Except where required by law, tickets are non-refundable. If the Event is cancelled, rescheduled or materially altered, any entitlement to a refund will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law and the refund arrangements notified by Dolans to ticketholders.
• Advertised door, stage and performance times are approximate and may be subject to change. The running order, programme and supporting artists may also be changed where reasonably necessary.
• All shows are strictly over 18’s unless stated otherwise. No one under the age of 18 is permitted into a show unless the show has been adverstised as otherwise. Proof of age may be requested. Please note: The Ryder Cup show is an over 5’s show. Under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult guardian.
• Admission is subject to the Venue's security and safety requirements. Ticketholders and their belongings may be subject to reasonable security searches as a condition of entry. Prohibited items must not be brought into the Venue. Dolans reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove any person who refuses to comply with a lawful security instruction, possesses a prohibited item, behaves in a threatening, abusive, unsafe or disruptive manner, or otherwise breaches these Terms. No refund will be payable where admission is refused or a person is removed for such reason. Full details of security requirements and prohibited items are available at dolans.ie or kjc.ie.
• There is no re-admission to the Event. Once a ticketholder leaves the Venue, re-entry will not be permitted.
• Professional photographic, audio or video recording equipment may not be brought into or used at the Event without prior authorisation from Dolans.
• Photography, filming and audio-visual recording may take place at the Event. By attending, ticketholders acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in photographs, crowd shots and recordings of the Event, which may be used by Ryder Cup Europe, its group companies and authorised production and media partners for editorial, promotional and marketing purposes. Where an individual is specifically or prominently featured for promotional or marketing purposes, Ryder Cup Europe or its authorised representative will make any reasonable efforts to obtain any additional consent or release required by law. Appropriate arrangements will apply in respect of children and young persons.
• Dolans will not be responsible for any loss, damage or expense arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, or for any loss of or damage to personal property brought to the Event. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dolans will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
• Dolans may make such changes to the Event as are reasonably necessary as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including adverse weather, safety or security concerns, acts or directions of public authorities, industrial action or other events beyond its reasonable control. This does not affect any statutory right to a refund where the Event is cancelled or materially altered.
• Personal data supplied in connection with ticket purchases and attendance at the Event will be processed in accordance with Dolans' Privacy Notice.
• Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Event.
