Maisie’s Room are a Limerick based band formed formed by brothers Dylan & Luke Sweeney-Crehan. Though an acoustic based outfit, they create a sonic hybrid, combining their heavier tendencies with folk influences. They pride themselves in showcasing raw energy complimented by the sonic tendencies of emotional hardcore music. Their upcoming single Shades of Hazel, has been a staple of the band’s live set since their first show. Sonically, it captures the expansiveness of 3rd wave post hardcore and emo through acoustic guitars. 

Formed in late 2024, Maisie’s Room have garnered a dedicated following from Live performance, establishing themselves within the Limerick and Irish Alternative Music Scene.

Cicada began with the shared fascination of storytelling between friends. The kind of stories that stick in between your teeth and root there for a long time. Cicada’s goal is to create music that feels honest and human, with the capability of moving people beyond the worlds they inhabit. Borrowing our musical identity from indie, folk and rock, we have built our identity around large arrangements, four-part vocal harmonies and lyrics that explore the wonder and complexity of the human experience. Over the past year, we have established ourselves as one of Dublin’s emerging live acts, performing at Whelan’s Ones to Watch and earning recognition from Hot Press as one of their “Hot for 2026” acts. Our debut single “Voicebox” introduced our ever-evolving sound, and the music we make is a continuation of that journey, representing who we are now and who we might be tomorrow.
