The debut solo show from traditional musician, sean nós singer and storyteller, Doireann Ní Ghlacáin. This performance reimagines the Cailleach, incorporating traditional music, song and stories to explore contemporary Irish womanhood. Doireann guides audiences through an hour of spellbinding reflection and musical ritual. As the Cailleach retreats to sleep, we, too, are called to listen more deeply to the unseen.

Doireann Ní Ghlacáin is an Irish fiddler, sean-nós singer, and TV presenter. She also  co-hosts the bilingual podcast How to Gael with Louise Cantillon and Síomha Ní Ruairc.
