The Magic of Christmas at Dolans

As a family-run bar and music venue, Christmas at Dolans is our favourite time of the year. We pride ourselves on the intimate, atmospheric and seasonal sense of home that Dolans exudes during the festive period. Our staff are trained to emphasize those extra personal touches that make Christmas at Dolans that little bit special.

"Our dedicated Christmas team will make your visit one to remember. Whether it is a staff party, a family gathering or a night back home at a gig catching up with friends we have packages and offerings that suit your needs" Mick Dolan

We offer both a Christmas lunch and dinner package throughout the Christmas period as well as range of party options that cater for large and smaller groups.

Christmas is a bustling time in all our music venues and the festive calendar always has something to offer to satisfy your music needs. Our main bar welcomes our friends back home from far and wide.

Our traditional musicians add warmth and friendliness to the Dolans festive experience seven nights a week and the bar also welcomes a host of guest musicians.

Liam O’Brien’s seasonal celebration of the swing era, Crooning at Christmas is one of Limerick's favourite nights out during the city's festive season. Now an annual sell out at Dolan's Warehouse, he celebrates the show's fourteenth year in Limerick on Sunday December 23rd - with advance booking essential.

The former Emmerdale star is also one of Ireland's leading exponents of the classic crooning style - inspired by his West End leading role playing Dean Martin in "The Rat Pack - Live from Las Vegas" which toured the UK, Europe and right across America. He most recently debuted his new show SINATRA to great acclaim - on the 20th anniversary of the iconic singer right here at the Warehouse.

He regularly performs across Ireland with his own Million Dollar Swing Band, the Kings of Swing in the UK and most recently the renowned Black Magic Big Band in Galway. He has sung at the prestigious Roundhouse in London and a packed to the rafters Royal Albert Hall for ‘Carols with the Stars’.

Crooning at Christmas features classic songs such as Baby It’s Cold Outside, White Christmas, Let It Snow and Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas along with newer tunes by artists such as Harry Connick Jr and Michael Bublé.

Fans of Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby and Nat King Cole will relish the swing sounds of the Million Dollar Swing Band - led by musical director Peter Hanagan.

For this year's concert, Liam is supported by West End star Shonagh Daly (Les Misérables) with more special guests to be announced soon.

Tickets are priced at €19 (including €1 venue booking fee) and are on sale via our website.

Doors are 7.30pm - with show starting 8.30pm sharp on Sunday December 23rd.
